When will my order ship?

We know you want your new Hanogram products ASAP (can’t blame you), so we typically ship orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Our warehouse processes orders 5 days a week, and they can only go out Monday through Friday for shipment.

Standard shipping time is 4-7 business days, and this does not include the warehouse processing times mentioned above. Although we currently don’t offer any expedited shipping, we’re always looking for ways to serve you better and will definitely let you know if that becomes an option in the future.

Where is my order?

Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which includes a link to track your Hanogram package. Still can’t find it? Just pop in your email address and order number here, and we’ll give you all the details on where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive. You can also check your order status by logging into your hanogram.com account.

If none of those options work, please contact us using the “Contact Us” Page. We’ll need your ship-to name, the email address you used to place the order and your order number. Once we have that info, we’ll get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status.

Can I change my order or address after I have placed it?

Regrettably it is difficult to change your order or the shipping address once it has been placed. We aim to ship all orders as fast as possible so our warehouse is processing them within 15 minutes of receiving them.

My package is missing! What should I do?

Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “delivered”? Try checking with your neighbors first to make sure the package didn’t get delivered to their house instead. Sometimes, mail carriers leave packages at nearby doors by mistake (oops!).

If you don’t have any luck there and your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days, we’ll be happy to help and work on shipping you a replacement order. Just visit the "Contact Us" page, and send us your name, shipping address, the email used to place your order and your order number. We’ll get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status. FYI: If tracking doesn’t update within 2 to 3 business days, don’t worry—that’s totally normal!

All orders are free worldwide shipping by using standard mail. You also could pay extra charge by choosing Express Shipping Service (DHL or FedEx) if you want to receive the product faster.

What are the rules of the Brand Ambassador Program?

Thank you so much for being a Hanogram Brand Ambassador! Your participation in the Brand Ambassador Program is governed by the Program Terms and Policies which contains all of the rules of the program. Below are some answers to some of the frequently asked questions about the Brand Ambassador Program rules. These rules are very important so we hope that you will read through them carefully.

    1. 1) You must be 18 or older to be an Ambassador.
    2. 2) Please don’t comment with your Ambassador code on any Hanogram social media posts or channels (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), even if you see another Ambassador doing it.
    3. 3) Similarly, don’t post your Ambassador code to any posts from Hanogram wholesale accounts or stores who carry our products. Also, please do not go into stores that sell Hanogram and share your code with customers. If we receive word from a wholesale account this is happening, you will be removed from the program.
    4. 4) DO NOT add your Ambassador code to coupon sites, it’s cheating! We check these sites frequently. If we find your rep code added to one of these coupon sites, you will be notified immediately and this will be cause for REMOVAL from the Ambassador Program.
    5. 5) Remember that the purpose of the Hanogram Brand Ambassador program is to bring new clients to the brand and help spread the Hanogram movement!

What are the Ambassador reward tiers?

As part of the Hanogram Brand Ambassador Program, you’ll move into different reward tiers as you make more sales. The more sales you make, the more tiers you’ll move up (and the more rewards and free swag you’ll score!). Our Brand Ambassador Program currently has five reward tiers:

Copper Status: Congrats, you made your first sale! We’ll send you a FREE personalized case.

Silver Status: Great, you made 5 sales! We’ll send you a $80 cash voucher to shop on our site.

Gold Status: You’re totally killing it! You’ve made 10 sales, and we’re sending you a Hanogram Staff logo tee.

Platinum Status: You’re seriously the best! You’ve scored 15 sales (whaaaaat?!) We’ll send you a $100 cash voucher to shop on our site.

Diamond Status: You’re top notch! You’ve made it to 30+ sales, congrats! We’ll send you a $150 cash voucher to shop on our site.

When are Ambassador rewards processed/shipped?

We now process the ambassadors rewards once a month around the 9th of the month! You MUST make sure your shipping address is correct by the 1st of each month! Otherwise, your rewards will NOT make it to you.

What is your Ambassador account?

Hosted by a company called Refersion, your Ambassador account is created by them using your application information. Through Refersion, Ambassadors are able to log in and see their referral code (ambassador code), financials, conversion details, payment history, and your settings. Under settings, you can edit your name & address, payment settings (PayPal email), and edit your password.

Your login is the email you used to apply to the program with and the password you entered on your application as well! If you can't remember your password, make sure you do the "Forgot Your Password" link. Make sure you log into the "Affiliate" login! Refersion is FREE for all affiliates.

*Just know that this account is separate from your hanogram.com account that you may use for shopping. You cannot purchase items through your Ambassador account.

In what circumstances does my Ambassador code not work?

Unfortunately, there are a few situations where your physical Ambassador code won’t work on an order and it is important to inform your friends & family of this!

  1. 1) Any mystery items in the order will get rid of the discount on their order and not give you any credit for the sale! The only way for you, as an Ambassador, to get credit for the sale in this circumstance is by having them use your shopping link, this is found in your Ambassador account.
  2. 2) Monthly club.

*Know that during any sitewide sales, you can still earn credit for sales when someone uses your ambassador shopping link. They won’t get an extra 20% off their orders, but it will just give you credit for the sale.

What should I do if it looks like I am missing commission(s)?

We periodically send out emails to keep you updated & informed! We also want to make sure you get some killer content! You’ll receive an email from the Ambassador program for these circumstances:

  1. When you get accepted into the program! Make sure you hang onto this one for future reference :)
  2. Our bi-weekly (meaning twice a month) ambassador email! This will include photos or important info. *Please note: this changes and will not always be the case, it mostly depends on launches and info we have to share with you guys! So if you don't get an email exactly twice a month, don't worry!*
  3. Reward notification emails! We only send emails for sales made that boost you to a new tier. Sorry, we don’t send an email every time you make a sale!
  4. Order processing and tracking of ambassador rewards! Keep an eye on these to ensure you receive your rewards ;)

* If you are having trouble receiving any of these emails, make sure you are checking the email account you have attached to your Ambassador account! If you still aren’t receiving them, usually resubscribing to the regular Hanogram emails should do the trick!

What is the affiliate shopping link?

This is a new feature of the program designed to help make sales even easier for you! This link is located in your Ambassador account, right on the front page. You can copy the full link or even use the bitly (a shortened link) option provided below that.

This link makes it easier to share your ambassador code digitally and via social media! The link takes them directly to the website and automatically applies your ambassador code to their order! This will last up to 30 days. Don’t worry, that doesn’t mean your code is only active for 30 days. So whenever someone has clicked on your shopping link and goes back to the website in the next 30 days your code will still be added to their order.

*This link will work during our sitewide sales as well to give you credit for sales! It will not give the customer an extra discount though, so make sure you share that with your friends & family.

Can my Ambassador code be used with other discount codes?

Since our website only accepts one coupon code at a time, your Ambassador code cannot be combined with any other discount code at checkout. This goes for your ambassador shopping links as well. If another code is added to the order, it will negate the shopping link credit and show as a “Denied” sale in your account.

What if I forget/couldn't apply an Ambassador code to an order?

If you forgot to apply an Ambassador code to an order or for some reason our system wouldn't allow you to apply it, we can help you!

In order for us to take care of this for you, please email info@hanogram.com or reps@hanogram.com within 48hrs of the purchase. This is REQUIRED due to payment timeframes, anytime after that will not be accepted. We will need the order number, the ambassador code, and the ambassador’s email address. This way we can make sure the order gets discounted the 20% and the Ambassador gets their commission/credit for the sale!

We will NOT process the credit for the rep if:

-We receive an email more than 48hrs past the order time.

-There is already another discount applied to the order (even if it is less than 20%).

-If the order is less than $15 (20% discount will bring the order below the $12 order minimum).

-If a mystery item is in the order. No promotional codes are accepted on an order that contains a mystery item.

How do I track my sales and commission?

Easy! Just login to your Ambassador account (https://hanogram.refersion.com/affiliate/login) with the email and password you created while signing up for the Ambassador Program. This will allow you to track your sales and the commission you earn. Just a reminder that your rep code is good for 20% off orders, and you’ll receive a 15% commission on each order placed with your code.

Side note: At this time, Refersion, our program system, doesn’t allow you to see who purchased using your code (just in case you were curious!).

Why is there a negative commission amount in my Ambassador account?

Our system is now automatically adjusting for returned or canceled orders. If you see a negative balance inside your ambassador account, this is because the payment was sent followed by a returned or canceled order.

 

How do I get paid for my sales?

To make Ambassador payments as easy as possible, we pay Ambassador commissions via PayPal, a free service that’s super quick and easy to sign up for. Now to apply as a Hanogram Brand Ambassador, you are required to have Paypal to signup. To get started, head to paypal.com to create your account. Without a PayPal account connected to your Ambassador account, we won’t be able to pay you commission (which would be a total bummer).

While applying for the Ambassador Program, you must fill out your PayPal email address in the field titled “PayPal Email Address”. Please know that this must be the email you use to log into your Paypal account, NOT your Paypal link. Unfortunately, that does not work with our system.

Ambassadors are paid each Friday, and you’ll receive an email from PayPal as soon as commissions go out!

What is my Payment History?

Your payment history shows you what money you have been sent and when! Here is an example for you:

How do I make a Paypal account?

If you don’t have a “Personal” Paypal account already (we cannot accept “Business” accounts), you can make one here! We suggest that you use the same email address that you use to log into your Ambassador account, although this is not necessary.

From here, we recommend adding a debit card or linking your checking account! Once you’re done setting up your account, make sure you add your login email address for Paypal to payments settings in your Refersion account and press “Save Changes!”

 

What if I don't want to be a Hanogram Brand Ambassador anymore?

If you no longer want to be an Ambassador, we totally understand! Sometimes it just doesn't work for you. Just shoot us an email at reps@hanogram.com and let us know and we can cancel your ambassador account for you! We will certainly miss you of course!

 

Do I need to meet a certain sales quota or amount?

Nope! The Hanogram Brand Ambassador Program is totally what you make of it. Of course, Ambassadors who spend more time hustling for sales tend to get the highest commissions. But we understand how crazy busy life can get, so if there’s a period of time where you’re inactive, we completely understand! Feel free to make as many (or as few) sales as you’d like.

What if I forget/couldn't apply an Ambassador code to an order?

In order for us to take care of this for you, please email info@hanogram.com or reps@hanogram.com within 48hrs of the purchase. This is REQUIRED due to payment timeframes, anytime after that will not be accepted. We will need the order number, the ambassador code, and the ambassador’s email address. This way we can make sure the order gets discounted the 20% and the Ambassador gets their commission/credit for the sale!

We will NOT process the credit for the rep if:

-We receive an email more than 48hrs past the order time.

-There is already another discount applied to the order (even if it is less than 20%).

-If the order is less than $15 (20% discount will bring the order below the $12 order minimum).

-If a mystery item is in the order. No promotional codes are accepted on an order that contains a mystery item.

How do I track my sales and commission?

Easy! Just login to your Ambassador account (https://hanogram.refersion.com/affiliate/login) with the email and password you created while signing up for the Ambassador Program. This will allow you to track your sales and the commission you earn. Just a reminder that your rep code is good for 20% off orders, and you’ll receive a 15% commission on each order placed with your code.

Side note: At this time, Refersion, our program system, doesn’t allow you to see who purchased using your code (just in case you were curious!).

Why is there a negative commission amount in my Ambassador account?

Our system is now automatically adjusting for returned or canceled orders. If you see a negative balance inside your ambassador account, this is because the payment was sent followed by a returned or canceled order.

 

How do I get paid for my sales?

To make Ambassador payments as easy as possible, we pay Ambassador commissions via PayPal, a free service that’s super quick and easy to sign up for. Now to apply as a Hanogram Brand Ambassador, you are required to have Paypal to signup. To get started, head to paypal.com to create your account. Without a PayPal account connected to your Ambassador account, we won’t be able to pay you commission (which would be a total bummer).

While applying for the Ambassador Program, you must fill out your PayPal email address in the field titled “PayPal Email Address”. Please know that this must be the email you use to log into your Paypal account, NOT your Paypal link. Unfortunately, that does not work with our system.

Ambassadors are paid each Friday, and you’ll receive an email from PayPal as soon as commissions go out!

How do I make a Paypal account?

If you don’t have a “Personal” Paypal account already (we cannot accept “Business” accounts), you can make one here! We suggest that you use the same email address that you use to log into your Ambassador account, although this is not necessary.

From here, we recommend adding a debit card or linking your checking account! Once you’re done setting up your account, make sure you add your login email address for Paypal to payments settings in your Refersion account and press “Save Changes!”

 

What if I don't want to be a Hanogram Brand Ambassador anymore?

If you no longer want to be an Ambassador, we totally understand! Sometimes it just doesn't work for you. Just shoot us an email at reps@hanogram.com and let us know and we can cancel your ambassador account for you! We will certainly miss you of course!

Nope! The Hanogram Brand Ambassador Program is totally what you make of it. Of course, Ambassadors who spend more time hustling for sales tend to get the highest commissions. But we understand how crazy busy life can get, so if there’s a period of time where you’re inactive, we completely understand! Feel free to make as many (or as few) sales as you’d like.

When will my order ship?

We know you want your new Hanogram products ASAP (can’t blame you), so we typically ship orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Our warehouse processes orders 5 days a week, and they can only go out Monday through Friday for shipment.

Standard shipping time is 4-7 business days, and this does not include the warehouse processing times mentioned above. Although we currently don’t offer any expedited shipping, we’re always looking for ways to serve you better and will definitely let you know if that becomes an option in the future.

Where is my order?

Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which includes a link to track your Hanogram package. Still can’t find it? Just pop in your email address and order number here, and we’ll give you all the details on where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive. You can also check your order status by logging into your hanogram.com account.

If none of those options work, please contact us using the “Contact Us” Page. We’ll need your ship-to name, the email address you used to place the order and your order number. Once we have that info, we’ll get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status.

Can I change my order or address after I have placed it?

Regrettably it is difficult to change your order or the shipping address once it has been placed. We aim to ship all orders as fast as possible so our warehouse is processing them within 15 minutes of receiving them.

My package is missing! What should I do?

Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “delivered”? Try checking with your neighbors first to make sure the package didn’t get delivered to their house instead. Sometimes, mail carriers leave packages at nearby doors by mistake (oops!).

If you don’t have any luck there and your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days, we’ll be happy to help and work on shipping you a replacement order. Just visit the "Contact Us" page, and send us your name, shipping address, the email used to place your order and your order number. We’ll get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status. FYI: If tracking doesn’t update within 2 to 3 business days, don’t worry—that’s totally normal!

All orders are free worldwide shipping by using standard mail. You also could pay extra charge by choosing Express Shipping Service (DHL or FedEx) if you want to receive the product faster.

What are the rules of the Brand Ambassador Program?

Thank you so much for being a Hanogram Brand Ambassador! Your participation in the Brand Ambassador Program is governed by the Program Terms and Policies which contains all of the rules of the program. Below are some answers to some of the frequently asked questions about the Brand Ambassador Program rules. These rules are very important so we hope that you will read through them carefully.

    1. 1) You must be 18 or older to be an Ambassador.
    2. 2) Please don’t comment with your Ambassador code on any Hanogram social media posts or channels (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), even if you see another Ambassador doing it.
    3. 3) Similarly, don’t post your Ambassador code to any posts from Hanogram wholesale accounts or stores who carry our products. Also, please do not go into stores that sell Hanogram and share your code with customers. If we receive word from a wholesale account this is happening, you will be removed from the program.
    4. 4) DO NOT add your Ambassador code to coupon sites, it’s cheating! We check these sites frequently. If we find your rep code added to one of these coupon sites, you will be notified immediately and this will be cause for REMOVAL from the Ambassador Program.
    5. 5) Remember that the purpose of the Hanogram Brand Ambassador program is to bring new clients to the brand and help spread the Hanogram movement!
    6. 6) Be kind and respectful to all other reps.
    7. 7) And most importantly, your Ambassador Code is now automatically generated for you when you apply!

What are the Ambassador reward tiers?

As part of the Hanogram Brand Ambassador Program, you’ll move into different reward tiers as you make more sales. The more sales you make, the more tiers you’ll move up (and the more rewards and free swag you’ll score!). Our Brand Ambassador Program currently has five reward tiers:

Copper Status: Congrats, you made your first sale! We’ll send you a FREE personalized case.

Silver Status: Great, you made 5 sales! We’ll send you a $80 cash voucher to shop on our site.

Gold Status: You’re totally killing it! You’ve made 10 sales, and we’re sending you a Hanogram Staff logo tee.

Platinum Status: You’re seriously the best! You’ve scored 15 sales (whaaaaat?!) We’ll send you a $100 cash voucher to shop on our site.

Diamond Status: You’re top notch! You’ve made it to 30+ sales, congrats! We’ll send you a $150 cash voucher to shop on our site.

*You’ll receive real-time emails any time you move up to the next tier!

**IMPORTANT: We no longer send any free items just for becoming an ambassador. You MUST make at least one sale to receive anything in the mail.

P.S. You’ll only receive each reward once. Sales do not reset with each new month or year.

When are Ambassador rewards processed/shipped?

We now process the ambassadors rewards once a month around the 9th of the month! So for example, if you made a sale anytime in August that qualifies a new tier, we will process your reward around the 9th of September. We now are able to notify you when your order is being processed and shipped! You will be emailed your order processing & tracking when it ships out. You MUST make sure your shipping address is correct by the 1st of each month! Otherwise, your rewards will NOT make it to you.

We are no longer sending out the welcome pack just for signing up. All you have to do is make 1 sale using your code. We even encourage you to use your own code on your own order if you like!

What is your Ambassador account?

Hosted by a company called Refersion, your Ambassador account is created by them using your application information. Through Refersion, Ambassadors are able to log in and see their referral code (ambassador code), financials, conversion details, payment history, and your settings. Under settings, you can edit your name & address, payment settings (PayPal email), and edit your password.

Your login is the email you used to apply to the program with and the password you entered on your application as well! If you can't remember your password, make sure you do the "Forgot Your Password" link. Make sure you log into the "Affiliate" login! Refersion is FREE for all affiliates.

*Just know that this account is separate from your hanogram.com account that you may use for shopping. You cannot purchase items through your Ambassador account.

In what circumstances does my Ambassador code not work?

Unfortunately, there are a few situations where your physical Ambassador code won’t work on an order and it is important to inform your friends & family of this!

  1. 1) Any mystery items in the order will get rid of the discount on their order and not give you any credit for the sale! The only way for you, as an Ambassador, to get credit for the sale in this circumstance is by having them use your shopping link, this is found in your Ambassador account.
  2. 2) Monthly club.
  3.  

*Know that during any sitewide sales, you can still earn credit for sales when someone uses your ambassador shopping link. They won’t get an extra 20% off their orders, but it will just give you credit for the sale.

What should I do if it looks like I am missing commission(s)?

Please reach out to us at reps@hanogram.com! Makes sure you include the date and any conversion ID numbers shown to give us a better idea of which sale may be missing from your account. Also, to make it a little bit easier, please include your Ambassador account email & PayPal email (if they’re different!) in the email.

 

What are the Brand Ambassador emails and when do I receive them?

We periodically send out emails to keep you updated & informed! We also want to make sure you get some killer content! You’ll receive an email from the Ambassador program for these circumstances:

  1. When you get accepted into the program! Make sure you hang onto this one for future reference :)
  2. Our bi-weekly (meaning twice a month) ambassador email! This will include photos or important info. *Please note: this changes and will not always be the case, it mostly depends on launches and info we have to share with you guys! So if you don't get an email exactly twice a month, don't worry!*
  3. Reward notification emails! We only send emails for sales made that boost you to a new tier. Sorry, we don’t send an email every time you make a sale!
  4. Order processing and tracking of ambassador rewards! Keep an eye on these to ensure you receive your rewards ;)

* If you are having trouble receiving any of these emails, make sure you are checking the email account you have attached to your Ambassador account! If you still aren’t receiving them, usually resubscribing to the regular Hanogram emails should do the trick!

What is the affiliate shopping link?

This is a new feature of the program designed to help make sales even easier for you! This link is located in your Ambassador account, right on the front page. You can copy the full link or even use the bitly (a shortened link) option provided below that.

This link makes it easier to share your ambassador code digitally and via social media! The link takes them directly to the website and automatically applies your ambassador code to their order! This will last up to 30 days. Don’t worry, that doesn’t mean your code is only active for 30 days. So whenever someone has clicked on your shopping link and goes back to the website in the next 30 days your code will still be added to their order.

*This link will work during our sitewide sales as well to give you credit for sales! It will not give the customer an extra discount though, so make sure you share that with your friends & family.
